| Your immediate attention is required to retain your Courtesy Pay coverage.
A new federal law requires that you must formally opt-in if you wish to continue using Courtesy Pay. Every Credit Union member must elect to keep Courtesy Pay by August 10, 2010 or your coverage will drop! IT'S IMPORTANT: OPT-IN today or YOU WILL LOSE THIS SERVICE!
To comply with this new law, please take ONE of the following actions:
- Log In to Branch@Home and follow the instructions in your Alert Center. (You may also click on "Account Services" and click "Overdraft Protection (Courtesy Pay). Follow the instructions.)
- Call your local Fort Knox Federal Credit Union Branch and tell the member service person you want to Opt-In to Courtesy Pay.
- Complete the easy opt-in form below and mail, fax, or turn it in to any branch.
Again, we need your response by August 10, 2010 or your purchases will be declined if you do not have funds in your account.

Please remember that there is no fee for Courtesy Pay unless you use it. You may change your mind about your option at any time in the future by simply contacting us.
Opting-In
If you opt-in, you are telling us that:
• You DO want us to try to cover your ATM and everyday debit card transactions regardless of the funds that exist in your account
• You are willing to incur the fees that we’ve outlined for this service. You’ll only incur the fees if we actually cover the charge(s) for you. There’s no fee to opt-in to the protection
• If we cover your charge(s), you will be saved the frustration and embarrassment of having your card declined
Not Opting-In
If you decide NOT to opt-in, you are telling us that:
• You do NOT want us to cover your everyday debit card and ATM transactions when there are insufficient funds in your account
• We will not charge you any fees for everyday debit card and ATM transactions.
• Your transaction will be declined if insufficient funds exist
