Fort Knox Federal Credit Union, with 14 branches, is one of the largest and most progressive federal credit unions in the State of Kentucky. We are known for valuing people and sharing our success with our employees.
This position is accountable for servicing members within operational and service level guidelines while achieving sales expectations.
Principal Accountabilities
•
Participate in efforts to achieve and exceed Branch performance levels
•
Achieve and exceed individual sales goal
•
Cash handling balancing and accuracy
•
Complies with FKFCU standard operating procedures
•
Attend sales meetings and participate in sales activities to increase sales success
•
Use customer service skills and behaviors to provide Exceptional Service
Position Requirements
•
High school graduate or equivalent diploma
•
Experience in PC applications
•
Good verbal and written communications skills
•
People and team oriented
•
Prior sales experience preferred
•
Maintains a high degree of flexibility in support of branch needs
Must have clean personal credit. Drug screening, background and credit checks will be performed on applicants. Applicants must be available to work Monday – Saturday to meet the part-time needs of the Branch.
